The Watcher Meditation

We mentioned The Watcher Meditation
in the No-Mind Meditation, Episode 11.
Now it is time for a deep dive into
the theory and intent behind
The Watcher, to set up the meditation.
The benefits of The Watcher Mediation are;
increasing your intuition, achieving inner stillness
and moving towards our origins.
As you adopt the …. attitude,
the viewpoint of the observer,
Things begin to run smoother in your life.
You realize that there is no “doer”
and everything begins to happen spontaneously.
Life unfolds by itself.
Your life becomes a calm show,
where no drama can touch you
because you are just ...The Watcher.”……
So, who is it, that is becoming “enlightened?”
From the viewpoint of The Watcher,
the meditating person is just part of the illusion…
without the ego, the “person” becomes …
transparent. Transparent so the light can
shine through….
“The Person” ends up doing nothing,
just be. In Being all happens naturally.
We place our conscious awareness
in the viewpoint of The Watcher,
and “watch” ourselves seated in meditation.
In doing so, we enter into the No-Mind state
and detach from the ego-mind.
This is a place of silent watching and observing.
During this meditation, the body relaxes deeply.
The body uses this time to reset and heal.
I will soon make an advanced “The Watcher” meditation.
Where we connect The Watcher back to the source.
For now, we will focus on our first step.
Moving our point of conscious awareness
outside of the human body.
While many different spiritual teachers talk
about “The Watcher,” in this video I
will discuss one way to get there.
To start, let’s create the visualization in real-time.
Go to the place where you are going to meditate.
Stand a few meters from where you will
be seated.
Look at the place where you will be.
In your mind’s eye, and with as much detail
as you can, “see” yourself meditating.
Once you have a clear visualization,
sit down and begin your meditation.
As you get into your meditation,
imagine the energetic source of all,
as a ball of light over your head.
The source sends down a ray of light
to your crown chakra and fills your body
with light from the source.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
From here, you will send an Aka cord out
of your body. We detail this process in
the Energetic Relationship Healing video.
We will now create a doppelganger, or
energetic double, to hold your conscious
awareness while out of the body.
Send an Aka cord out of your heart center
to the place where you were standing to
visualize your seated, meditating self.
Have the Aka cord expand into a full
figure of your body, and fill out to
become a complete replica of your
physical body.
Take a moment, in your meditative state,
to “see” in your imagination, the
energetic double you have created, and
are connected to.
Now that you have that clearly visualized,
send your conscious awareness through
the Aka Cord and take residence in the
doppelganger.
From this point of view,
where you were standing just
a few minutes before, look back
at yourself in the seated meditative
position.
From this position outside of the
physical body, know that the body
begins to heal deeply, now that it is free
of the burden of consciousness and the
ego-mind is quiet.
Look down at the Aka cord connecting
the heart center of the doppleganger to the
physical body. See the life energy flowing
through the Aka cord.
The rest of the meditation will be,
with your conscious awareness in the
place of The Watcher,
Observing yourself in meditation.
You are using your imagination to
watch yourself meditate.
And that’s it. Be “The Watcher” for
ten minutes, and then return to your
physical body feeling refreshed and alive.
This meditation is an introduction to
what life with out the ego-mind and
it’s constant comments and toxic dialogue.
It is also our first step back to
our origins.
