Ho'o Ponopono, in the style of Mornah Simeona

Episode 14

This meditation is done in the style of Mornah Simeona, a treasure of the Hawaiian Culture. She began using Ho’o Ponopono in the old, traditional style of sitting down with the person you seek clarity with and talking out your problems until both parties are “Pono” or right within themselves.

She went on to create her own style of Ho’o Ponopono that is in this recording. In her style of Ho’o Ponopono, the person seeking clarity takes all responsibility for what they perceive in their lives, ask forgiveness for creating what they are perceiving and end by thanking what they perceive for a life lesson.

Gaining enlightenment should not have to be living on wheatgrass and freezing your butt off in a Tibetan cave, like Milarepa. You can stay in your comfort zone, get glimpses of the other side, have fun doing it and when you find the method that works for you, go for it!
